Testimonial.."I really wasn't sure if I needed a full home inspection or not, I used this form first, I found quite a bit wrong that I didn't know before. It's was my first home so just to make sure I still decided to hire an inspector also who actually found less wrong than I did.

HOME INSPECTION

CHECKLIST

Why spend $400.00 for a home inspection you may not need?

Our simple checklist includes items taken from professional home inspectors checklists.

Use the same form the professionals use and notes on what to look for to guide you through your inspection !

Take a look at a short section and sample and see how easy it is when you follow our our instructions.

We suggest using this checklist to see whether or not you feel you need a full home inspection done.

Did you know.........

Most inspectors have so many disclaimers in their reports that if anything significant IS found, they want you to get a professional to look at it anyway.

Just look what you get

  • Before you start- This tells you exactly what you will need to start your inspection.
  • Inspection Form - This is the actual inspection form which you can print out. Detailed checklists and explanations of what to look for. The same one the Pros use !
  • Summing it up- What to do with your results
  • Glossary of Terms- Glossary of terms relating to home inspections and maintenance.
